Animal Collective Pre-sale at 10 a.m.

Ticketmaster is doing a three-day pre-sale for the Animal Collective show at the Fox Theater in Oakland on May 26. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. today – use the code: FEELS.

    No, just the extra $10 tacked on to each ticket. Die in a fire, Ticketmaster. I hope your business fails and the CEO gets herpes.

    This is the first time I’ve actually ponied up for Ticketmaster in years. … And a great reminder on why I should just go out to the venue.

    This Animal Collective hype is causing problems all over the place. I had a couple of friends buy tickets for the Big Sur show only to receive an email stating that the ticketing service had sold too many tickets and that their tickets had been revoked. I like the record, but I don’t get what all the fuss is about.

    Agreed. I like it fine, but I’m pretty blown away by the enormous hype around this album.
