Fleet Foxes Play SNL Tomorrow
Everybody’s favorite hirsute folkies (ours too) are set to rock serenade the television masses tomorrow night as guest musicians on Saturday Night Live. Rosario Dawson will host. While we haven’t watched more than 20 minutes worth of SNL in years, we assume it’s safe to say that the Foxes’ performance — they’re rumored to play “Blue Ridge Mountains” and “Mykonos” — will be the show’s highlight.
Amazingly, the Seattlites will become just the seventh band on an independent label to serve as musical guest in SNL’s 34-year history. (The other six indies are Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, Spoon, the Shins, Vampire Weekend and last week’s guest, Taylor Swift.)

Watching Rosario Dawson might also be a highlight too. She’s not ugly.
Yeah, the Foxes are great to listen to, but she does a little more for me visually than Robin Pecknold.
