Uncle Corey

This Sounds Familiar: Chinese Democracy Due Nov. 23

It may finally be here. Chinese Democracy, the long-rumored, but never actually produced “new” Guns N’ Roses album is slated for release on November 23, exclusively at Best Buy.

This album will be interesting, not because of its mystery, or Axl’s general weirdness, but mainly because you have to wonder if it’s going to be any good. Beyond musical nostalgia, Guns N’ Roses hasn’t been relevent for about 15 years and has exactly one core member – Rose – left in the band. The chances of it sucking are pretty good.

And, there’s no way in hell you’ll find any tracks here until it’s officially released.

Wow, clocking in at right around 14 years in the making, this better be the single greatest release in the history of music. Somehow I doubt that.
